Before placing your order, please upload your photo using our design tool. It will generate a final mock-up for your review. Make sure you're happy with the preview before submitting your order.
Note: Size Recommendations for Multiple Pets
Yes, you can absolutely include multiple pets! To best capture the unique details and expressions of each pet, we recommend choosing the following sizes:
- 1 pet: 100 cm or larger
- 2 pets: 120 cm or larger
- 3 or more pets: 150 cm or larger
⛔ If the size is too small, the pets may appear compressed and lose detail.
✅ Larger sizes allow us to showcase each pet’s features more clearly — perfect for lasting memories or home decor!
Unfortunately, no. Once an order is submitted, changes aren’t allowed. If you change your mind, you may cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that, cancellations depend on how far along your artwork is — our artists may have already started creating your piece.
To help us capture your pet’s personality, please follow these tips:
- Good lighting: Natural light works best. Avoid heavy filters.
- Close-up, front-facing photos: Make sure the photo includes your pet’s ears, head, neck, and chest. Clear, head-on shots are ideal. Avoid overhead or blurry images.
Shipping FAQs
All orders will include a tracking number once shipped, which will be sent to you via email. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@mail.wildpillow.com. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days.
In general, orders will be delivered within 17 to 28 business days. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
We’re sorry, but we currently only ship to China, the United States, and certain European countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and Sweden. We plan to expand our shipping coverage to more countries in the future.
Return FAQs
If your package is damaged during shipping or the product you received does not match your order, please send relevant photos or videos to info@mail.wildpillow.com.
We will verify the issue within 3–5 business days, and based on your preference, we will either:
- Remake and resend the item for free (production will be completed within 7–14 business days); or
- Issue a full refund (refunds will be returned to your account within 3–10 business days).
